No the United Nations should not start war with north korea

@Zachthedebator, while I agree that starting the war should be last resort, the situation will be much worth if North Korea nunclear capabilities develop further.  
I think that US needs to get full support from China, South Korea, Japan, and other allies if a war would progress.  It is key that these allies have skin in the game, and not just US alone.
what is your rationale for not starting the war?

Until China and other countries that trade with North Korea actually decide to follow the sanctions put in place by the U.N. they are completely worthless. There's very little the United Nations can do besides just say they're doing something. With frequent missile tests (and some flying over Japan) North Korea is showing clear aggressive intent and if they continue it may be necessary to take them down before they become a real problem. On the other hand, if the U.S. attacks North Korea, now that Moon Jae In has halted the deployment of T.H.A.A.D. North Korea could hit Seoul or other South Korean targets before we could shut down their military capabilities.

Starting a war with North Korea is not a good option considering that this could be dangerous for United States and it’s allies, especially in that region.
